Better Bins Moving Bin Rentals — Terms of Service

By purchasing, utilizing, or accessing the services of Better Bins Moving Bin Rentals, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following Terms of Service.

Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of this Agreement:

Care and Responsibility

You declare that you meet the legal age requirement in your province or state. You assume full responsibility for the care, custody, and control of all equipment while in your possession, and accept liability for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Scheduling and Availability

You are responsible for being available during scheduled drop-off and pick-up times. To reschedule, 12 hours’ notice is required. Failure to provide notice may result in delivery or cancellation fees.

Access and Equipment Handling

You grant Better Bins access to your property for delivery and pickup at agreed times. Equipment will only be released to official Better Bins staff or authorized partners.

Ownership and Use Restrictions

All rented equipment remains property of Better Bins. You may not sublease, lend, sell, or transfer the equipment to third parties.

Cleanliness Requirement

Equipment must be returned reasonably clean and free of stickers, adhesive, pet hair, liquids, or excessive dirt. Cleaning fees may be deducted from your deposit if equipment is returned unclean.

Service Area Policy

Services are limited to designated delivery zones listed on our website. If you are outside this area, contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Indemnification and Liability Waiver

You agree to indemnify and hold Better Bins harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from use of the equipment. Better Bins is not liable for injury or damage caused during your rental period.

Return Responsibility and Extended Rental Fees

You are responsible for timely return of equipment. Late returns may result in additional daily fees deducted from your deposit. Failure to return within 30 days without communication will be considered a purchase at full replacement cost: $65 per bin, $150 per dolly.

Warranty and Condition of Equipment

All equipment is provided in good working condition. Report any issues immediately. Our sole obligation is repair or replacement; no other warranties are provided.

Failure to Facilitate Return

If you obstruct pickup, refuse return, or are absent at the scheduled time, additional daily rental and penalty fees may apply. After 14 days without recovery, equipment will be charged at full replacement value.

Privacy Commitment

We collect personal data only for service delivery, protect it with commercially reasonable safeguards, and do not share it except as required by law. By using our services, you accept our privacy practices.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside their control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions. If such an event lasts over 14 days, either party may terminate this Agreement.

Agreement Modifications

Better Bins may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Customers should review terms periodically.
